  5. That fence really adds to the ambience of the garden—very nice!

  6. It’s like a memory of the past still hanging on. Also the sign is a charming accent to the little garden. 🙂

  7. Lovely – as always – the American dream of a home with a picket fence. 🙂

  8. What a cozy, welcoming garden! MJ

  9. How very special for the owners to have the sign welcoming garden visitors. It makes me want to rush outside and begin my own gardening. This has seemed like The Endless Winter. I am ready for spring!

  10. Drooling over that gorgeous brick. And this is such a pretty fence – artistic and inviting!

  11. So charming and welcoming, isn’t it?

  15. I get a look at this garden everyday as I make one of the turns headed home – & this garden has a great old house to go with it!

  16. So inviting…and quaint too!

  17. So incredibly sweet!! I do live on the water dianna, but 40 feet up on the top of the hill. Most days I am not able to walk to the edge of the river but the view is beautiful. I have shared the view in previous posts, you must have missed them or perhaps you were not following me at the time!!
It was a great hill for sledding when the boys were younger!!

  18. You will have to take me there on our next outing. Beautiful.

  19. This is so wonderful!

  20. Such a charming fence, Dianna! Love the old brick too…trying to think which house that might be. Great choice for Fridays fences!

  21. there is nothing like the beautiful fences and barns one finds in the east; we have different heritage here in the west a

  22. What a sweet garden! You have quite the eye.

  23. I agree with Adrienne, I really like the look of the old brick.

  24. Nice corner for reading a good book.

  25. Missed you on Friday, then “lo” here you are. Sweet white fence that pops against the brick. Happy Easter to you and yours.

  26. Love these historic sites! So rich in meaning and detail. Thanks for sharing! ~ Sheila
