Happy Monday! Gypsy here with the mews.
Today, I just have a photo to share with you. Motor Mommy snapped it one day last week. I was in “my spot” on Motor Man’s desk, and he was busy…I can’t recall if he was researching horsepower on his computer or on the phone talking with someone about horsepower or thinking about horsepower….but he wasn’t paying any attention to ME.
Now, you may wonder why Motor Mommy didn’t just rub my tummy. Well, that’s because HER time to rub my tummy is when she first arrives at the office. I won’t even let her walk, because I lie down on the floor right in front of her. Then she usually stoops down to rub me, or sometimes she even sits down on the floor with me.
But, after that, it’s Motor Man’s attention that I’m seeking. And, on this particular day, at this moment, he had horsepower on his mind, not Gypsy.
So, I just had to give him “that” look, and he knew that I really, really, really needed a tummy rub.
Works every time. (wink, wink)
~These Days Of Mine~
How on earth could he possibly see you there and ignore you?? No matter whether horsepower or speed or racing is on his mind (or on the other end of the telephone line) he couldn’t STOP to give you a tummy rub? I think you’d better have your Mom have a “little talk” with him about that!!!
Hugs, Teddy
Oh Gypsy, you DO have a way with non-verbal clues. 😉
Gypsy, I bet Motor Man was just waiting so he could give you all his attention.
Do all cats know how to do that look ??
I see it all the time !
What an adorable look you have Gypsy girl. MM is lucky to have you there to keep him from over-thinking about horsepower.
I’ve missed blogging along with you and Sundae and your Motor Family.
🙂
