Each Thursday, our friend, Pam and her kitties, Teddy and Angel Sammy, at Two Spoiled Cats, host Poetic Thursday. The week before, they give us a photo for inspiration. Today, this is the pic:

I’m Inclined
You have to wonder what sense it made
to put a driveway in on that grade.
Those in charge didn’t think it through,
resulting in a complete redo.

Good job! I posted it was a real photo but didn’t give any links – I knew people would see what they could find on their own – amazing that this was up to code (wouldn’t be here in my area though!!). Thanks for having poetic fun with us!

Believe it or not, I have seen driveways exactly like that. No thank you, especially in winter weather like we have.

I can’t imagine trying to maneuver any sort of vehicle on that in any type of weather, any time of day or night ; )
