Sunset Sunday

Sunset, February 17, 2011

 I long for the solitude
of a sunset at sea,
and the chill of the breeze
coming in with the eve.
For the motion of my boat,
as she swings on her rode,
and the beauty of the stars,
in the evening’s last glow.

  1. Oh my! This should be frames and hanging on a perfect wall.

  2. I think I love this photo the best of all the sunsets you’ve shown us. The contrasts in light and dark and the colors are magnificent. You really do have the eye of an artist.
    Hugs,
