Today, I’m sharing some new photos of the twin fawns we’ve been seeing in our yard the past few weeks. Some of these were taken through a window; others I was able to take while standing just outside our garage door.
I love the late afternoon lighting on this one of Mom and one of her babies:

Ready for its close-up!

Or is this its best side?

Having a drink from the bird bath. (I try to keep them filled during these hot days. The birds/geese/ducks and deer all use them.)

I knew the babies were at the back corner of our house. So I had my camera lens zoomed in and I quietly slipped out the door for this one:

But this may be my favorite from the day:

Keep giving us photo ops, sweet little ones.

Those are amazing photos Dianna!
You got some really great pictures! I love them!
Deer are VERY photogenic……sometimes I think they know we’re snapping their photo as they pose! A few days ago we were on our front porch in the afternoon and three bucks and a doe came walking through the front yard. A VERY rare site for sure. One of the bucks had a huge rack – the other two younger and smaller antlers but they ALL looked fabulously healthy. It was obvious the bucks were trying to impress the doe…..interesting to watch.

some great pics here …. and it’s good that you can give them a safe space to spend some time in.
The photos are just amazing!!!! You captured them all so perfectly.
Those are great photos. I wish I could see something like that from our window.
