Thursday is here again, and with it comes poetry. Our friend, Pam, and her kitties, Teddy and Angel Sammy, at Two Spoiled Cats, provided their readers with this photo for inspiration for today’s poems.
Here’s my silly poem;
Circus Bound?
Girlie, please forgive me for being blunt,
but stick with that picture taken from the front.
If you see this one a stranger took from the back,
it just may give you a panic attack.
Or you could give the circus life a whirl
with an act billed ‘the half zebra-half girl’.

Perfect! I will always wonder if – when she got on that zebra for a photo op – she had any idea what it looked like from this vantage point! I bet it was her husband who took this photo and has teased her for years about it…….I actually think her son (if that’s who he is) was taking a similar photo from his side!
