Thursday is here again, and it’s time for poetry. Pam, and her kitties, Teddy and Angel Sammy, at Two Spoiled Cats, gave us this photo to inspire today’s poetry:
My poem today is based on the photo, but I personalized it a bit. Our friend, whose nickname is Lugnut, has a boxer named Marlow.
And here’s my poem:
A Good Boy
Marlow, Marlow, what have you done?
Your current situation does not look like fun.
Marlow, Marlow, what did you do?
You’re such a good boy: no rap sheet for you.
And if you do get hauled off to jail,
Lugnut will be there to go your bail.
