Bulges
Some bulges are muscle, and some are fat;
I’m not a weightlifter, and we’ll just leave it at that.

these days of mine 
The only “weight” I’m lifting these days is Teddy and THAT is plenty of exercise believe me!

AMEN!!! for me too! Lifting the pressure cooker after canning is enough for me.
