Apologies
Man, she won’t even look at you;
I think you have some ‘splaining to do.
There’s so much hurt in her eyes,
you need to get busy and apologize.
Maybe she’ll forgive you, and you two can celebrate.
Then that champagne won’t have to go to waste.
