Hello, readers. Coco, here, reporting to you on the latest happenings in my world.
As those of you who love and are loved by kitties know, last Wednesday was National Cat Day. I was honored that Motor Mommy celebrated the day by sharing this photo of me on her Facebook Page.

And then….then…. on Friday, she and Motor Man had the nerve to take me to the vet. Oh, the humiliation in being forced into that carrier. I let them know all about it, too. I sang the song of my people all the way to the vet’s office.
Once we were there, though, I was purrfectly behaved. When they took me from the carrier and placed me on the scales, I decided I’d just hang out there, and maybe everyone would just leave me alone.

Unfortunately, they didn’t forget I was there, and I was subjected to all the poking and prodding that we must endure in these situations. So humiliating, but when it was all said and done, I was given a clean bill of health. By the way, I weigh 12.3 pounds, and the vet is happy with that weight.
I did forgive Motor Mommy and Motor Man later in the day, though, and decided that I do still love them.
Whew…. here’s hoping I don’t have to go through that again for a L-O-N-G time.

It’s good for us to get a regular check-up from time to time – just like our poor helpless humans have to do……keeps us in prime shape! I do hope you got a treat when you got home though…..enduring a vet visit deserves a reward!
Your Friend, Teddy
Glad you got a clean bill of health. Now enjoy being pampered by your wonderful pawrents.
& here I was thinking every day was National Cat Day …….. anyway.. at least they didn’t subject you to all of that ON cat day !
Oh the indignities one must endure! But you sure looked GOOD! Congrats on the clean bill of health.
