It’s the Thursday before Christmas, and…..we’re sharing poetry with Pam, Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats!

And this is my poem:
The Tree
I couldn’t decide: cedar or pine?
This one should be just fine.
The guy called it a Charlie Brown tree.
And I said: “Perfect! Charlie, that’s me!”.
Decorating it will be such fun,
with a shiny little star on top when we’re done.
What mommy and daddy say really is true:
what’s special are the ones ’round the tree with you.
Carols will be sung, and bells will chime,
because a Gift of love came at Christmastime.
Merry Christmas everyone, and may 2023 be a good year for us all.
