I seem to be stuck in short poem mode, but here’s mine for today:
The First One
Just hit the snooze button on my clock,
looked in the mirror, and what a shock.
I just can’t believe it’s already there:
amongst my ‘gingerness’, my first gray hair.

HA! Yep – I guess we all notice that first one – all the others don’t impact us quite as much as that first gray. I personally love my gray hair but I think I’m in a minority there! Love the poem.
