It’s Thursday again, and time for a little poetry with our friends at Two Spoiled Cats. Pam, and her kitties, Teddy and Angel Sammy, gave us this photo for our inspiration for today’s poems:
Here’s mine:
Remote
On this decision, I had no vote:
the boss said he was sending me out on remote.
My other co-workers were not like these:
I’m sharing space with snakes, ticks and fleas.
I have extension cords and battery packs,
sunscreen, water and healthy snacks.
TP, prescription meds and more,
but I didn’t know I’d need my riding mower.
I’m more than ready for this assignment to end,
and I’ll never complain about my office again.
