Sunday School
Growing up in Sunday School:
The Ten Commandments, The Golden Rule.
In a little church, one hundred years old,
hymns were sung, Bible Stories told.
Pictures like this hung on the wall;
depictions of heaven to encourage us all.

Yes I was reminded of Sunday School too…..I remember clearly being fascinated by the subject of “Heaven”. Of course that photo was pretty much what I thought it looked like. One day we’ll all find out. Thanks for joining in on our Poetic Thursday!
