Helloooooo, readers, and welcome to the month of June! It’s a big month in our family: Motor Mommy’s birthday is the 4th, and my step bro-fur, Marshall’s, is the 16th. I hear there’s gonna be some celebrating going on around here.
But, today, I’m sharing a couple of photos Motor Mommy took of me a few evenings ago. One of her favorite things to do is relax in her recliner at the end of the day, usually working word games. (She’s a word nerd.) And one of my favorite things to do is stretch out in her lap.
She sent this picture to a couple of people with the thought that she might need to get a bigger lap.
But what you can’t tell from that photo is that I had fallen asleep.
Yep, that’s me….sound asleep….with my paw up in the air.
I’m always happy to provide Motor Mommy with interesting material for her my blog. It’s the least I can do.

It’s nice that you and your Mom can have a “comfy break” together! I’m too big to hop up in my Mom’s lap but I love lying at her feet and keeping her company everywhere she goes.
