Hello, readers, and welcome to July! It has been so hot outside (I hear my pawrents say) here in Virginia, I am very thankful that I am strictly an indoor kitty. I have no interest whatsoever in what’s going on outside, other than watching an occasional bird through the window.
But, I have discovered a neat place to hang out, and I wanted to share it with you today. If you’ve been reading Motor Mommy’s blog for a while, you probably remember that she was a big fan of April, The Giraffe back in 2018-2019. She and Motor Man visited the facility in New York where April lived, and Motor Mommy started a little collection of giraffes. Motor Man surprised her with a HUGE one for Christmas during the time. In these pictures, you might notice a second one, too. They happened upon someone taking that one to the thrift shop, and adopted it on the “spot”).
I’ve been spending a LOT of time upstairs recently with my (quiet) friends. I overheard Motor Mommy mention to Motor Man that maybe it’s a little too chilly downstairs for me.
Really, I just think it’s a cozy little “spot” for a kitty.
