Good morning, readers. Wow, it’s the last day of August…. summer is nearly gone. Of course, that doesn’t mean anything when you’re a strictly indoor kitty. But I am very happy, comfy and SAFE inside.
So I have an interesting story to share today. Motor Mommy and her furriend, Pam, who blogs with her kitties at Two Spoiled Cats, email each other every day. Last week, Pam mentioned that she couldn’t believe that she hadn’t introduced her kitty, Teddy, to the joys of a simple sheet of tissue paper.
And Motor Mommy realized that she had never offered me tissue paper either! So she quickly went to the closet and presented me with my very own.

Excuse me, just what am I supposed to do with THIS?
At first, I was actually afraid of the sound it made. I know: kitties are supposed to like the crinkle. Motor Mommy had the idea to use my favorite ball to get me accustomed to the sound.

It worked….well, sorta. We had fun playing for a few minutes. But then, I was done.
Since then, Motor Mommy has heard the tissue paper crinkle a few times from the other room. I’m pretending to be uninterested when she’s watching, though.
You know how us kitties are.
Love, Coco
