First of all, Happy Thanksgiving!
Secondly, it’s Poetic Thursday, hosted by Pam, Teddy and Angel Sammy at Two Spoiled Cats. Here’s our photo inspiration for this week:

And my poem:
All Aboard
Mom and Dad wanted pics of their little guy,
but now he’s fearful and about to cry.
Will that mean there’ll be no cards to send
to wish Merry Christmas to family and friends?
What’s wrong, little one, why so upset?
We haven’t lost an engineer yet.
The time dragged on, and little man was drained,
finally got the best pic: him asleep by the train.
~These Days Of Mine~

So sweet!! Well done my friend.
Happy Thanksgiving to you and family.
Cute picture and great poem.
so very cute! happy thanksgiving
Awwwww…..I am SURE your “vision” of this little one sleeping by the train is accurate – we can tell he’s a little upset at being on the train…I was thinking about what parents put their kids through for that “Christmas Photo”! That includes the horror that some kids have at being on Santa’s lap for a photo shoot. BUT traditions are wonderful and I wouldn’t change a thing! Great job on the poem – it’s precious.
Happy Thanksgiving, Pam
Cute picture and great poem.
Great poem perspective. Glad you didn’t leave him scared but asleep by the train. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
