Today’s post could easily be called Wildlife Wednesday. One recent morning, Motor Man glanced out our kitchen window and called my attention to something in a nearby pine tree.
A gray heron, perched on one of the limbs. (How DO those spindly legs support that large body?)
He soon moved closer to the tree trunk.
At first, we thought he was alone, but then we looked at a higher branch and saw the osprey.
Another Wednesday, another windowpane shot.

He looks like he’d take a picture of you if he had a camera ! That’s quite the duo for a waterfowl pic ….
Good capture…..being on the water you get to see a whole other world of birds than we “inlanders” see!
