Switching back to wildlife for today’s post. “What Is It” Wednesday will return soon, possibly next week.
I wanted to share a video that our Ring camera caught a few days ago. Recently, I noticed that, in addition to a doe and two fawns, we also have two young bucks frequenting our yard these days. Be sure your sound is on for the video!
And here’s the fence that he jumped. It’s ‘small potatoes’ to a deer: only a little over three feet tall. The clearance between the fence and the tree branch above it is about four feet. But he could have easily walked or run between the fence and the side of our house (just to the right of this picture).
I guess it was just more fun to jump it.

Awww…the challenge before him. Yes, maybe showing off. You just never what animal is going to show up for dinner.
That’s awesome. The only wildlife we have near us are rabbits, armadillos, squirrels and stray cats.
