Good morning, readers! Coco, here with a little post on how we spent a rainy Sunday afternoon.
Motor Mommy was SO happy to see rain yesterday! She’s been having to spend about an hour every evening out watering her flowers. It’s a lot of work (I watch her from my window seat). And there hasn’t been much rain this summer.
But yesterday afternoon, that changed. She and Motor Man were home, so we just relaxed and had a cozy afternoon. There were some thunder boomers, and when those were happening, I was hiding under their bed (right beside Motor Mommy’s recliner).
When the storm was over, I headed to my favorite place: her lap. As she says: that is a lapful.
But, then I had work to do, and put in some time at the biscuit factory. I have to earn my keep around here, you know. Motor Mommy keeps that soft, cozy throw nearby, because I sometimes get carried away with my claws when I’m working that biscuit dough.
