…now that I have your attention…
A couple of weeks ago, on one of our country drives, Motor Man and I discovered this red barn.
There were a few animals in the pasture between the barn and the highway.
Now, although I’m not a farm girl, I AM a country girl. I lived across the highway from a dairy farm for the first 23 years of my life. For much of that time, the farmer beside us had pigs on the property between his house and ours. (Ah, the aromas.)
But I don’t mind admitting that I have no idea what the animal in this next picture is.
I didn’t think it was a donkey or mule, but I looked up pictures on the internet just to be sure. It’s definitely not a cow, and it doesn’t look like any horse I’ve ever seen. Look how wide the face is!
So…how about it? Do YOU know? Or do you at least have a guess?
