Meowy Christmas

Hi, efurryone. This is Sundae, and I FINALLY wrestled the keyboard away from Motor Mommy. Do you realize how LONG it’s been since I have been able to post?

Anyway, today’s update is about…Christmas!  Being a kitty, I don’t really understand what it’s all about, but Motor Mommy has been super busy the last week or so. She keeps going to this one closet upstairs,  and taking out all these things I only see once a year.

I LOVE it when she puts up a tree in the living room. Really?  A tree? Just for me to lie under; how thoughtful. (But why doesn’t she leave it up year-round? She has to know how much I love it.)

Not only do she and Motor Man put up this tree, but then they hang all these little trinkets all over it. I notice that most of the shiny ones are really high up on the tree.  The lower branches have softer pretties on them. While Motor Mommy was decorating, she thought I might want to play with some of the pretties before she put them on the tree.

Yes, these photos are a little incriminating…. we kitties are supposed to be aloof….disinterested…But I really wanted to show my pawrents how athletic I am. (Just look at me: “measuring” that candy cane ornament.)

Soon, Motor Mommy finished trimming the tree.  I couldn’t wait to claim my spot under it.

What’s that?  Why is that little stocking on the floor instead of on the tree?

I’m sure I have NO idea.
