Celebrating Sundae

On Monday, Motor Man and I celebrated the 25th anniversary of our first date.

And yesterday, we celebrated the 12th anniversary of Sundae’s ‘gotcha day’.  This is one of the first photos we took of our green-eyed little girl.

For many years, she wasn’t the lap kitty I had wanted. She had ‘campaigned’ as such the day I visited the Humane Society Kitty Room, but once she adopted us, she wanted nothing to do with laps.

Thankfully, that’s changed, and  now she frequently visits not only my lap,

but also Motor Man’s.

Happy Gotcha Day, Sundae, and we’re glad you’re now living up to that campaign promise.
