Spooky
Stop little girl: you’d best turn around.
How did you get so far out of town?
You must be so very scared;
no good could come from you climbing those stairs.
The window are dark, no light from within.
Must you really be warned again?
Oops – guess I’m the one to have the scare;
relieved to wake from that mini nightmare.

Oh a surprise ending! Love it!
Oh I love this one! Just the right amount of “scary” ! I also love this photo – someone pointed out that the big tree behind the house is a monster face…..I hadn’t even noticed that!

probably best she turn around _ I can’t tell if that’s the shadow of a tree above the roof or the silhouette of a tall, robed figure standing ON the roof ! good thing it was just a little nightmare …
