Sunset Sunday

Thankfully, I’ve stockpiled a few sunset photos.  This one is from September 6th.

As so often happens, it became more dramatic with a little time.

Love that patch of blue to the left.

And this rascal? He and his “bride” have apparently moved (hopefully temporarily) further upriver toward town. She hasn’t been around for about 3 weeks, and he’s only been here once. I’ve talked to some folks that have seen them recently, so I know they’re okay.

But I sure do miss ’em.

  1. Lovely sunset as always……vivid colors. Too bad the bride and groom relocated but perhaps they’ll return soon – taking a second honeymoon perhaps?

    Happy Sunday……..Pam and Sam

  2. Lovely photos Dianna. Perhaps bride and groom decided there was too much paparazzi around your section. They’ll miss your attention though, and come right back! At least, we’re hoping!

  3. Can’t imagine why they would have moved. Life was/is good at your place. That is a spectacular sunset and it really is amazing how much one sunset can change.

  4. How could they leave your loving care and those sunsets and sunrises! I’m sure they will be back!

  5. I saw him on Friday swimming up from Moon Creek!

  6. i hope the swans come back to your section. 🙂

  7. I know you do miss ’em! Hopefully they’ll remember the good times they had at your place and come back … Love the clouds – I’m a fan of multi-layered cloud displays!

  8. Beautiful sunset shots, Diana! I hope the bride and groom come back to visit soon. We will miss them too, if they don’t! Maybe they just wanted to spread the love around for a while.

  9. Hopefully they will miss you, too, and return. They may be on vacation. 🙂

  10. So glorious! Just what I needed tonight — thanks so much, Dianna…
