Barn Charm – Same Barns, Different View

Just outside our town limits, there’s a farm with several old “barn structures” which are no longer in use.

These photos of the backs of the barns were taken a few weeks ago. The first one was during golden hour one morning.

And the same barns at sunset.

You may recognize these from a photo I shared last fall. This was taken the day before the cotton was harvested. (I’ve also posted pictures of these in the snow.)

As for my Barn Charm posts, these are the barns “that keep on giving”.

  1. Cool barns Dianna! I’m picking the barns and silos settling in for the night as my favorite. The barns are charming sitting in the middle of all that cotton!

  2. LOVE! These last couple of years, as I’ve blogged, I’ve found certain spots and things that I so enjoy shooting at different times of the day, in different seasons….when I have time, I’m going to go looking for the snow shots!

  3. “same barns, different view”….STILL BEAUTIFUL!

  4. So glad barns are still part of our culture! These are lovely!

  5. Even familiar things look totally different at different times of the day, different seasons and weather conditions… of those great things about photography; the same thing can look 100 different ways! These are charming barns….perfect for Barn Charm!

  9. I love the golden hour, but then I love the sunset shot and the cotton field is so neat. Oh heck, I love them all!

  10. That last shot is so unusual(to me) with the cotton crop in the foreground.
    Kind of looks like snow.

  11. love the sunset one….
