Yesterday afternoon, Motor Man was in another room of the house and alerted me to this photo op.
I think there could be some pretty creative captions written for this, and I’m letting my readers have that opportunity.
Actually, I’m just letting all of you do the “work”, since I’m fighting a nasty summer cold right now. (Aren’t you glad that, among all the things we share on the internet, a cold isn’t one of them?)
~These Days Of Mine~
**Happy Together**
Imagine me and you, I do
I think about you day and night, it’s only right
To think about the girl you love
And hold her tight, so happy together
If I should call you up, invest a dime
And you say you belong to me and ease my mind
Imagine how the world could be, so very fine
So happy together
I can’t see me loving nobody
But you for all my life
When you’re with me, baby
The skies will be blue for all my life
-MJ
and I hope you feel better soon xo
I think Mr. Turtle is thinking that the bike is a lot bigger up close than it was on the other side of the yard and he’s reconsidering trying to hop on board for a ride!
Pam
I think the turtle is thinking “when I get bigger, I’m going to ride that thing!”
If I could only reach those pedals.
Does this thing go faster than me??
” Hey, you .. wanna’ race ..? “
Caption:
I don’t care who you are, KEEP OFF THE GRASS!
“I wonder if the Hare has one of these ?”
” Hey what turtle family are you from?”
A Summer cold is so miserable. Bless your heart. I hope you get to feeling better soon. ❤
Beautiful photo. I'm not creative enough for a caption, but I enjoy reading the other commenter ones. 🙂
“It’s turtles all the way down !”
Finally! A faster ride! Sor sorry about your summer cold!
Wow…my great, great grandfather told me about these!
(I think emjayandthem wins!!) lol
“Hmm, so the Hare thinks he’s going to win on this rusty old two wheeler? Not if he doesn’t change those tires with new rubber and check that rusty chain, he’s not going anywhere. He’ll break down at the start line. I still got this race beat. ”
Oops sorry, a caption…How about a saga…I’m back..Dianna….Life took many turns since I was last blogging. Now widowed two years and relocated from OK to OR to PA now with third son this January. Ready to edit novel and be a grandma again. #15.
