Time for a little poetry with Pam and her boys at Two Spoiled Cats.
This is the fun photo we were given for this week’s inspiration:
And here’s my poem:
Santa’s Workshop
Santa and his elves work around the clock
while singing along to “Jingle Bell Rock”.
When break time comes, it’s a sight to see:
Santa’s “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree”.
There’s a blizzard outside, but Santa has a plan;
it’s not his first “Winter Wonderland”.
The toys made here in Santa’s workshop
will be delivered by sleigh “Up On The Rooftop”.
The stars will twinkle, the moon will shine bright,
and Santa will witness a “Silent Night”.
These toys bring smiles to little boys and girls,
but one tiny Baby brought “Joy To The World”.
~These Days Of Mine~
Excellent poem for the photo this week………in all the hustle bustle of the season let us not forget WHY we celebrate…….He did indeed bring joy to the world.

Loved this poem. Great job Dianna.
That was SO clever!!
could this be… one of your best ? I really do think so .. great imagery and classic Christmas song references … Christmastime has come to TheseDays !
I think this is my FAVORITE poem so far. Just such a clever portrayal of Christmas. Truly – Jesus is the Reason for Joy in the World!
NOTE: The picture and poem would make a Great Christmas Card!
I so agree with Marshall! Well done.
