Last Thursday, as it often does, the sky changed quickly.
Early in the afternoon, we had a storm. Then a (double) rainbow.
The clouds near sunset were rather impressive. This is looking west.
This is to the east.
And then, the sun ‘came out in time to set” (one of my Mom’s quotes). I’ve taken many photos of this butterfly chair at sunset, but had never had the idea to do this:
And, speaking of my Mom, she loved butterflies.

I’ve always been a sky watcher – the infinite changes it makes from minute to minute – those “pictures” in the sky…….love the photo of the sunset through the butterfly.
