Each morning, one of the first things I do is open our living room curtains. I’m always anxious to see what awaits. Is the day cloudy? Foggy? Will the sunrise be a colorful one?
Last Thursday morning, my first glimpse at the outside world was rather interesting.
The clouds along the horizon reminded me of a distant mountain range.

It DOES look like a mountain range off in the distance….your morning views are always beautiful; if I had that view I’d be anxious to open the drapes too!! Love your new “currently blooming” photo – looking mighty pretty there with your new additions.

Those clouds really do look like mountains in the distance. That yellow rose has really grown. Is the iris one you got from Aunt Martha?
First thing in the morning…You open your windows, I put my hand on the bedroom window to “feel” the temperature. It’s a cool 55 degrees here this morning by Rick’s thermometer.

Thanks again for the sunrise! I’m at the beach where (if I got up early) I would see the sunrise over the ocean. You get the sunsets on the sound. We are in reverse!
