Poor Motor Mommy. Last night, she was trying to think of a post for today, but she had a headache, so I told her that I’d take care of it. I worry about my humans when they aren’t feeling well (or when they’re injured). Sometimes, I worry so much, it’s almost impossible to nap.
So….let’s see….what can we talk about, now that I finally have a chance at the blog? Did you see this picture on yesterday’s post of my little bird visitor?
Now some of you commented that, perhaps, as I was looking at him, I was thinking of dinner. But, trust me, he was just a passing fancy, nothing more.
Anyway, I spend a lot of time on my window seat. There’s always something interesting to look at out there: birds, squirrels, rabbits, swans, deer, ducks, geese.
But you know what? I much prefer the view on THIS side of my window. I’m warm and safe inside, my pawrents are here to take care of me….
…and most importantly, there’s FOOD.
Which reminds me, I have to go find Motor Mommy. She’s all better today, and it’s time for breakfast. =^..^=

Sammy so nice to hear some of your kitty thoughts this morning. I am glad Motor Mommy feels better, we can’t have her feeling crummy. I know all about FOOD! I think it might be #1 with me too.. 🙂 I am thinking about dinner already this morning because on Thursdays CH and I force ourselves to get out of our old work around clothes, put on some clean jeans and go to the Kinda Big City for dinner. I had a cat years ago who was a strange spooky guy. But when I didn’t feel good, he would get on my pillow and pet ME.

That’s a cat for you…food! Hattie was sitting on my lap last night purring and purring and wouldn’t leave me alone. I thought to myself, “my isn’t she lovable tonight?” Well I found out later she had NO food in her bowl upstairs where she eats. Can you believe it? None? She was just trying to get my attention! Duh?

I think you need to be very careful about letting Sundae cover for you. . . she just might take over! She is a natural (like her Mom!!!)
The window seat is the place to be – a good observation deck for BOTH sides of the glass ! The difference is that the food on the inside is ‘within reach’ 😉

You are a QT pie Sundae. Petals & Blossum just got a new window perch this summer. Birdie watching is one of their favourite things to do to. Since it is so much safer inside, they are only indoor kitties. I love them too much to worry about them outside.
