Sunrise Saturday – From The Beach

As promised, today I’m sharing some pictures of our morning on the beach last Sunday.

We didn’t arrive quite at sunrise, but it had been a rainy morning, so we probably didn’t really miss anything by being a little late. We were just happy that it stopped raining, and the sun broke through the clouds.

Of all the pictures I took, I think this next one is my favorite.

Although I do like the sun’s rays in this one. Thankfully, I don’t have to choose a favorite.

By this time, the sun was definitely winning the battle against the clouds.

And, just for fun, here’s one that I edited with Snapseed.

  6. I love that first pic with all the ripples….. quite eye-catching!

  7. i like that first one too – when the clouds look like feathers. 🙂

  8. The first one here is my fave; those ripples in the clouds steal the show! I seem to remember hearing that’s caused by wind activity higher up in the air, but don’t quote me !

  9. I don’t know why I’m always so happily stunned when I see your photos. They are all fabulous. I like the last one best…. Frame it! 🙂

  10. Extra special images today, I am so drawn to the peaceful setting!
