Recently, I caught Sundae on her window seat, taking in the morning sun. (The exterior of the windowpane had condensation as a result of our sweltering Virginia humidity. Annoying, but I think it added a mystical touch.) And the photos just seemed tailor-made for kitty quotes.

I think the window serves as a kind of movie for them. The moving branches, grasses, butterflies, birds, all one big non-stop action movie! But I do love the quiet, restful, patient aura they exude in a sunny window.
