What a gorgeous bird – and through the window! Great shot – and a great addition to WWA! Thanks for contributing!
Lovely!
That’s a beautiful bird enjoying a lovely rose! Very nice photo – amazing you were able to capture that one before the bird took off!
Pam (and Sam)
Beautiful! Love the way you focused the shot. 🙂
Perfect shot for a Wordless Wed.
Absolutely lovely!
what an AMAZING bird? What kind of bird is that?
Oooh! That’s beautiful.
Is that a meadow lark???…beautiful shot!!!
When I opened this on my iphone this morning, the phone loaded the picture from the top down…so first the blurry boats loaded..then there was a pause (let’s pretend it was an orchestrated dramatic pause!) then the beautiful bird and rose and branch kind of popped on the screen! I can’t even tell you how perfectly timed it was to make the photo just explode with wonderfulness! Great shot! And that’s quite a perfect view out your window!
This is absolutely lovely, Dianna! Such a perfect setting.
that’s lovely, dianna.
Pretty as a picture! That little male goldfinch showed up at just the right time! The yellow rose did too!
Outstanding photo! Through the window probably kept the bird from flying away.
Would this be the Flicker you mentioned not too long back ????
No, not a flicker, I suppose… just did a little research. Do we know what it is ?!
Oh what a beautiful little Goldfinch!… no words necessary here… xoxo Julie Marie

Pretty view! The Goldfinch looks pretty sitting there and I’ll bet Sundae likes to watch him, too!
What a charming little bird! I love the color of the boats in the background too! ~ Sheila
