Sunset Sunday

During the winter months, the sun sets behind our neighbor’s house. I really can’t see it until I walk out on the “point” of our yard.

These pictures were taken last Thursday.  It was a cloudy afternoon, and I wasn’t even expecting to see a sunset, so this was definitely a surprise.

I do believe this qualifies as a “barely there” sunset.

Complete with a Canada Goose….. at no extra charge.

  1. Very pretty Dianna. It looks like it was raining there off to the right of your pretty sunset. Very nice of the Canada Goose to add extra charm to the sunset at no charge! You and Motor Man enjoy your Sunday!

Your pictures just prove that small or big sunsets can be beautiful.
The goose is just a added bonus.

  13. What a gorgeous view and the barely sunset is perfect with the goose:) Minnie agrees….she would love to see a goose float by….me too as that would mean we are on peaceful water like you:) I do see quail, pheasants, hawks, eagles, osprey, ducks, curlews, blue heron, humming birds, robins and on and on but no goose on water…and coyotes…deer…elk…do not want to see cougars or wolves…but would love your view of the water:) Thanks for sharing and give Ms. Sundae a meow hello from Ms. Min Min:)
