Happy Monday, friends! Sundae here, reporting to you from “sick bay”.
Well, maybe not sick bay, but my humans have been less than healthy lately. Last week, Motor Man came down with a nasty summer cold. I managed to avoid it, but Motor Mommy started with it over the weekend. Sniffing, sneezing, coughing…. hardly any rest for a kitty around here.
So I’m asking them very nicely to please not share their colds with me. And I’ve decided to take all necessary precautions to keep myself well.
First, I’m getting plenty of rest.
Washing my hands paws frequently…
…especially after touching sick humans.
I’m getting plenty of exercise.
Eating right and drinking plenty of fluids.
Did I mention that I’m getting plenty of rest?
In the meantime, does anyone know if they make Zicam for kitties? My nose is feeling a bit twitchy.

Oh Sundae, it seems to me you’re doing your very best to avoid the buggies around your house! Sick Motor Man and Mom will tempt you with hugs and laps but you STAY AWAY so you don’t catch their colds!! You look ever so booooootiful in these photos – but then you ALWAYS do…. 😉

Oh Sundae, you are certainly taking all the right precautions. Rest is most important for you and your “pawrents.” I love all the pictures they took of you – especially the one with your twitchy itchy nose! I hope they get well soon and that you don’t catch their summer sneezes. 🙂
