A very little space. As you’ll see later in this post.
One of my hobbies is making my own greeting cards using rubber stamps. (Thank you, Doris.) I’m fortunate to have a loft in our bedroom to use for my “studio”. This photo is of my stamping table when it’s all neat and tidy. This is a rare occurence – only seen when I’m expecting company or I need a picture for my blog.
But I’ve discovered that when I’m in the throes of a stamping frenzy, I end up with about a 6-inch by 6-inch space in which to actually work. Last month, when I was making Valentine cards, I realized how true this was, and took this picture.
Markers, stamps, punches, ribbon, adhesive, scissors. What a jumbled up mess.
And looking at it, I wonder how in the world anyone can possibly create anything in the midst of all that clutter? But somehow it works for me.
See what I mean? I just need a little space.
