Last Monday was predicted to be a rainy day with possible snow showers, so I really wasn’t expecting much in the way of a sunrise that morning.
But, sometimes, we get surprised.
The skies changed soon after I took these pictures.
The clouds took control, and we had rain mixed with snow for much of the day.

Beautiful shots but it looks COLD up in those clouds and I guess it was since you got rain/snow/ice most of the day! Still, it was nice to at least start out with a few rays of sun before the skies opened up…..

Gorgeous sunrise! You just never know with the weather…some mornings when I think there won’t be any color in the sky, I am rewarded with the most magnificent show! These photos are simply beautiful!
