Funny – my Quotography was a butterfly today…I trimmed my butterfly bush yesterday – it had gotten so huge and was hanging down onto the grass, making it difficult to cut. Supposedly, it could be trimmed to half its size and it would flower again in 2 weeks. For the sake of the butterflies, I sure hope it does! This would be a great addition to Quotography, by the way! The photos are beautiful – love that first one with all the flowers!

loved this! It reminds me of a quote that I had hanging in my bedroom as a teenager. The poster was a butterfly on a flower, the quote was “happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it, the more it will elude you. But…if you turn your attention to other things, it will come and sit softly on your shoulder.”
The second one here is my fave … I love how you kept the butterflies above the field of view.. they look so majestic – especially from this angle 😉

Butterlies are so beautiful aren’t they. I can never get a decent picture of them though as they seem to move to fast for me. I’ll just have to keep trying, 🙂

Great photos! Oh, now I’m going to think of you every time our butterflies flit and float into my view. We have a butterfly bush next to our back yard deck and it is abundant with blooms and these beautiful creatures.
